You can add dry ice + a liquid to any container to create a spooky fog effect.

Bubbling Goblet - Simply break a chunk of dry ice into small pieces by lightly tapping the dry ice with a hammer. Once you have small cubes, using gloves drop a piece into your drink and watch bubbles float up and burst to spill out smoke. Caution your guests not to drink or touch the dry ice cubes. The cubes will sink to the bottom of the cup so this will be easy to avoid. If you are uncomfortable, remove the dry ice before drinking.

Haunted Pumpkin - When you carve your pumpkins this year put a small cup of water inside the pumpkin and drop a few cubes of dry ice in the cup. The fog will bellow out slowly from the mouth and animate your pumpkin.

Spooky Dance Floor – Fill a rice cooker or crock-pot with water. Alternatively, you can use a hot plate with a pot of water on top. Turn the device to low heat and then place in a corner of your living room or garage. Add dry ice to the water and a heavy fog will cascade out over the floor making your guests feel like they’re in a 70’s nightclub! Make sure your crock pot/rice cooker/hot plate are on a flat surface and are not in any danger of tipping over or being stepped on. Make sure you have ventilation in the room so the dry ice can escape.
